CE Study tour to Japan - May 09

I am taking CE's second delegation to Japan between 10th to 16th May to look at productivity and how Lean Thinking is translated and applied in a construction setting. The tour will be operation focus and the visits is target at the technique and the processes in and between design and construction activities.
